The wellbeing of our team, our clients, and the community is and will always be our priority, and we believe as a workplace, we play a vital role in slowing the spread of COVID-19. It is clear vaccination is the best defence against the risks of the virus, and an important step in getting our lives back to normal.
We’ve worked on our risk assessment and vaccination policy with our team. Today, we’re sharing with you how our policy deals with visitors to our offices.
From 3 December 2021 we require any visitors to our Auckland or Wellington offices to be fully vaccinated, provided they are eligible. This includes our employees, contractors, volunteers, clients, suppliers, or any other visitors.
We respect that there are some people who do not wish to be vaccinated or have a legitimate medical reason that prevents them from being vaccinated. We also appreciate you may not want to share your vaccination status with us.
If this applies to you, or any member of your organisation working with us, please let myself or your Humankind contact know so we can proactively support you in managing potential risks. We’ve become pretty good at running virtual meetings, interviews, and workshops!
At this stage we are not asking for proof of vaccination at our offices. To ensure the safety of our team and visitors, we are asking you to confirm you’ve read and understood our policy. To make it easy, we’ve created a brief webform for you to complete. Please complete this webform as soon as possible.
