Charlotte brings over a decade of global leadership experience, having led people and transformation work at Danone across Asia Pacific, Australia, and Europe. From working with executive teams in fast-moving consumer goods to partnering with founders in New Zealand’s innovation and not-for-profit sectors, she thrives where strategy, leadership, and people intersect. Today, she supports organisations to navigate complex change, build leadership capability, and create workplaces where people and business can thrive together.

Charlotte is known for her ability to “tell leaders what they need to hear.” She builds trust through candour and clarity, connecting the dots quickly and helping leadership teams focus on what really matters. At Danone, Charlotte worked with a leadership team to turn around a business unit in freefall, from revenue decline and attrition to double-digit growth and renewed team trust. That experience shaped her belief that with the right focus, any business can transform. Now at Humankind, she’s proud of her work with deep-tech and not-for-profit clients, supporting leaders through pivotal growth and change moments while staying true to their purpose.
