Career Snapshot
Christine brings more than 15 years’ experience in recruitment across New Zealand and the United Kingdom, specialising in technology, data, and transformation roles. She began her career in technology and transformation recruitment before moving to the UK, where she joined management consultancy North Highland. There she recruited across consulting and corporate roles and later stepped into a leadership role managing a talent team supporting major client programmes. Since returning to New Zealand, Christine has led end-to-end recruitment for organisations including ANZ, Transpower, and Spark, focusing on programme, transformation, and technology roles. More recently she supported Te Tumu Paeroa (the Office of the Māori Trustee), helping build capability for major programmes of work and leading recruitment across a broad range of roles.
