Career Snapshot

Holly has spent the past eight years building her HR career across corporate, retail, professional services, and consulting environments. She’s worked with well-known organisations including Vodafone, Invenco, Mitre 10, and global law firm DLA Piper. Her experience spans the full generalist spectrum, from recruitment, onboarding, and performance development to employment relations, health & safety, and change management. At Humankind, she’s partnered with clients on everything from policy design to role frameworks and organisational change.

's proud of

One of Holly’s earliest proud moments was launching Invenco’s first graduate programme, attracting over 600 applications across engineering disciplines, selecting and onboarding 12 hires, and creating a support structure still in use today. At DLA Piper, she co-designed and delivered a high-impact Women in Leadership programme for lawyers, sourcing facilitators and creating a development experience that met the exacting standards of a top-tier legal firm. At Humankind, she’s developed role competency frameworks, performance and development templates, gender affirmation policies, and onboarding guides, while supporting clients with employment relations, complaints processes, and change initiatives.
