Holly has spent the past eight years building her HR career across corporate, retail, professional services, and consulting environments. She’s worked with well-known organisations including Vodafone, Invenco, Mitre 10, and global law firm DLA Piper. Her experience spans the full generalist spectrum, from recruitment, onboarding, and performance development to employment relations, health & safety, and change management. At Humankind, she’s partnered with clients on everything from policy design to role frameworks and organisational change.

Holly is a safe pair of hands who can pick up and run with anything, even if it’s new. Efficient, fast, and meticulous, she delivers work to a high standard and makes life easier for the people around her. Relational and collaborative, she brings harmony to projects while keeping things moving. With deep recruitment expertise she has a growing passion for learning and development.

One of Holly’s earliest proud moments was launching Invenco’s first graduate programme, attracting over 600 applications across engineering disciplines, selecting and onboarding 12 hires, and creating a support structure still in use today. At DLA Piper, she co-designed and delivered a high-impact Women in Leadership programme for lawyers, sourcing facilitators and creating a development experience that met the exacting standards of a top-tier legal firm. At Humankind, she’s developed role competency frameworks, performance and development templates, gender affirmation policies, and onboarding guides, while supporting clients with employment relations, complaints processes, and change initiatives.

Holly is driven by a continuous desire to grow and do great work. She thrives on helping people succeed, whether that’s clients, colleagues, or leaders she supports. Her belief is simple: when people have clarity, confidence, and the right support, both people and business thrive.
