Sophie began in science and the wine industry, working in labs and sales before taking international roles with Robert Oatley, Diageo, and Treasury Wines across Melbourne and Singapore. She also co-founded a coffee pod business, gaining hands-on entrepreneurial experience in a fast-moving environment. Returning to New Zealand, she worked at NZTE supporting exporters and at Snowball Effect helping companies raise capital. At Humankind, she applies this mix of commercial insight, curiosity, and entrepreneurial energy to help organisations grow strategically and sustainably.
