He makes sure our systems are not only robust and compliant but also people-friendly, giving both our team and our clients the clarity and confidence they need. With experience spanning leadership in health, scaling his own business to 120 staff, and delivering complex projects under pressure, Steve brings a rare mix of commercial acumen and human-centred thinking. At Humankind, his work underpins everything we do, from seamless project delivery to financial visibility, creating the foundations that allow our team and clients to thrive.
