Associate - Christchurch

We’re looking for an experienced HR professional in Christchurch to join us as an Associate, our first boots on the ground in the South Island. You’ll bring strong generalist experience at Head of People level, with a focus on people strategy, leadership, and culture. You’ll be supported by an incredible national team based in Auckland and Wellington, collaborating closely while building trusted relationships with South Island clients.
