<p id="">Samantha Gadd has spent over a decade transforming how organisations maximise their performance through better employee experience. </p><p id="">As the founder of Humankind, she’s led a team that’s worked with more than 1,300 organisations across Aotearoa to design workplaces where people feel genuinely valued and engaged. Her leadership gives Humankind clients direct access to the thinking, tools, and approaches that are influencing the future of work. She’s also behind EX Design School, a platform helping leaders build capability in EX design and embed more human, design-led approaches to work. </p><p id="">In 2022, she brought together global voices to co-author The EX Manifesto—a bold statement of what great employee experience looks like, now signed by leaders in over 30 countries. &nbsp;Through this, and her ongoing collaboration with EX leaders around the world, Samantha's work continues to shape how organisations think about the role of their people, and what it takes to create thriving, future-ready workplaces.</p>
